Class Description

Basic Xercizer:  The IM=X® Pilates eight basic sequences are taught on the Xercizer while emphasizing the IM=X® fundamentals, appropriate form and flow. Tones and stretches every muscle group. A great workout for all skill levels.

Hybrid:  Many of our customers really enjoy our floor programs; while others proclaim the results from the Xercizer. We know that the IM=X® Floor and Xercizer programs challenge the body in different ways so we put them together to give you the best of both.

Intermediate/Advance Xercizer:  The IM=X® Intermediate/Advanced class takes the basics to a higher intensity by increasing sets, reps and adding a variety of challenging moves.  

Cycle/Xercizer:  IM=X® Pilates Cycle/Xercizer classes combine the benefits of our Xercizer with other cardio equipment (bikes). Bring your sneakers, towel, water and be ready to sweat!

TRX:  (Total Resistance Xercise) An incredible program involving core stability, balance and restistance training.
